The Director Institute
The Director Institute is for
directors and board members of member programs.
Starting in 2006, it was decided to hold the Director Institute every
two years. The next one will be in 2008.
Topics covered included recruiting, training, and motivating volunteers
and board members; involving the community in our work; personnel
issues; fundraising; and more.
